Return and Refund Policy
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Can I Cancel my Order?
The order can be cancelled only if it is not dispatched. Our Customer Support Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
Please contact our Customer Support in case you wish to cancel the Order. On receipt of the cancellation notice, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount (less any transaction charges or banking charges that might have been incurred by us) if the order has not been processed by us. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped out by us. In some cases this can happen in an hour after you place the order.
How to return items?
Step 1 – Send us Return or Exchange Request through Returns
Step 2 – Send the product back to us in absolutely new and unused condition. If you need us to pick up from you then there would be a charge of Rs.120 for the pickup. If the Exchange is because of an error at our end then we will not charge for reverse pickup.
Step 3 – We get the product and check if all is ok then we ship new product to you after deducting Rs.100/- for shipping charges and Rs.100/- for reverse pickup (if you had requested us to pickup).
All refunds would be in the form of Store Credit / Coupon which you can use for purchasing anything from our site.
What items I can return?
- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
2) The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
